Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the drone and aerospace sectors.
Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, calls, emails, and industry events.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Coordinate with R&D and technical teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
Maintain a strong CRM pipeline, tracking all leads, follow-ups, and closures.
Handle client communication, presentations, and requirement gathering.
Manage and monitor large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and reporting.
Assist with inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics support.
Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

What You Need

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Hands-on experience in Lead Generation, Digital Marketing & Social Media Marketing.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work as an individual contributor and team player.
Knowledge of the UAV industry trends and technology
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in the aerospace, defense, or technology industry is a plus.
Strong interest in drone, aerospace, or defense technology.
