Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support lead generation, client communication, proposal creation, and market research to drive business growth in the software services domain. This role is best suited for someone eager to learn, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s sales success.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement (IT/software industry preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT services is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively in a team.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the IT business domain.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients through research, LinkedIn, and other lead generation tools.
  • Support senior BDEs in developing and nurturing client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, company profiles, and introductory decks.
  • Manage CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of prospects and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns and follow up on leads.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and client calls.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, market movements, and competitor offerings.
