Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Enrollment & Sales

  • Promote training, certification, internship, and placement programs
  • Convert leads into admissions through effective counseling
  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads
  • Conduct demos and explain course details, pricing, and offers

2. Business Development

  • Identify and onboard colleges, institutions, and training partners
  • Maintain strong relationships with academic counselors & coordinators
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, webinars to generate leads
  • Expand market reach for EdTech programs

3. Lead Generation & Follow-up

  • Manage CRM/lead tracking systems
  • Run campaigns, outreach, and follow-ups
  • Convert cold leads into active prospects
  • Deliver weekly/monthly targets

4. Coordination & Operations

  • Coordinate with trainers, academic team, and HR team
  • Support admission process, documentation, and certificate issuing
  • Assist with marketing activities, promotional events, and student engagement

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation ability
  • Good understanding of training/education sector (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools / MS Office
  • Strong relationship-building capability
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Eligibility

  • Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  • Freshers with excellent communication are welcome
  • Experience in EdTech, Training, Staffing, or Counselling is an added advantage
