About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with at least one year of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
• Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, technical) to deliver customized solutions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for reporting, PowerPoint for presentations, Word for proposals, Outlook for email).
• Strong business email writing and professional correspondence skills.
• Data analysis and reporting skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing.
• Track record of achieving sales targets is an advantage.
