As an Administrative Assistant, you will need to have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, proficiency in technology, attention to detail, time management skills, problem-solving capabilities, discretion with confidential information, adaptability, and often a high school diploma with additional administrative experience or a relevant degree. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field can be beneficial depending on the role.
