Job Detail – Business Development Executive Eligibility Criteria – · Bachelors/MBA (Marketing/Operations/General Management preferred) · 5+ years of hands-on experience in business development, preferably in B2B sales. · Excellent written and verbal communication · Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Strong coordination and interpersonal skills Job Description – Candidates will be trained in the following:- · Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets. · Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pricing based on client requirements. · Lead negotiations to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. · Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. · Work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs. · Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM tools. · Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
