Job Description Designation: Business Development Executive. Key Responsibilities : 1) Identify potential candidates and convert student data into paid admissions. 2) Student Counselling & Admissions Provide career counselling to students, guiding them in IT career pathways. 3) Handle student queries, resolve doubts, and assist in admission conversion. 4) Generate revenue through student enrolments. 5) College Partnerships & Networking Connect with existing colleges to strengthen relationships. 6) Onboard new colleges and establish long-term partnerships. 7) Sign MoUs with colleges for training and placement collaborations. 8) Campus & CSR Activities Conduct orientation programs in colleges to create awareness about IT careers. 9) Organize Campus Connect activities (CSR initiatives) by offering free IT courses to capable students. Business Development. Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets. Report daily activities, leads, and conversion updates to management. Requirements : Bachelors Degree (Any Stream) MBA in Marketing/Education Management preferred. 15 years of experience in Business Development / College Connect / CSR / Counselling. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
