Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. Basic understanding of e-commerce/catalog management will be a plus. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; ability to handle large data sets. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Good to Have Experience in catalog management tools or e-commerce platforms. Basic understanding of SEO and product discoverability. Knowledge of SQL or data management tools.
Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities. Identify leads, pitch products/services, and close deals in the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management. Ensure proper documentation, collection of payments, and post-sale follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, logistics) for smooth service delivery. Provide daily/weekly sales reports and updates on market trends.
