Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the target market.
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with our products/services.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review.
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
Continuously strive to improve sales techniques, processes, and outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Education: Graduation required.
Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events.
