Job Summary : We are looking for a Safety Engineer with experience in Mivan high-rise residential projects to ensure compliance with safety regulations, The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess a thorough understanding of site safety protocols, especially related to Mivan formwork systems. Key Responsibilities: Implement and monitor site-specific HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) plans in alignment with company policy and statutory requirements. Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe practices, materials, or equipment, especially around Mivan shuttering/formwork areas, scaffolding, and tower crane operations. Ensure compliance with safety norms by workers, subcontractors, and machinery operators. Promote safety awareness among site personnel through toolbox talks, safety training, and induction programs. Investigate and report near-misses, incidents, and accidents with proper root cause analysis and preventive measures. Maintain and update site safety documentation including checklists, audits, and permits (work at height, hot work, confined space, etc.). Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors to implement safety measures during critical construction activities (e.g., slab casting, vertical element pouring). Regularly review PPE usage, fire safety, electrical safety, and emergency preparedness at site. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Safety (Safety Certification preferred NEBOSH, IOSH, etc.). Minimum 1-4 year of site-level safety experience in a Mivan high-rise residential construction project. Good understanding of Mivan formwork system and high-rise building safety norms.
