Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive - ideally a fresher or

someone with basic experience - who is eager to learn and grow in the sales domain. If

you’re someone who is willing to explore new things, develop sales skills, and gain

hands-on exposure, this role is a perfect fit. You will be involved in lead generation, cold

calling, email marketing, and client engagement. You’ll also be part of our team during

trade stalls and business expos, interacting with potential clients both virtually and on-

site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in

business development and learn real-world sales operations from day one.


Responsibilities

● Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach

● Set up and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients

● Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce GwayERP’s solutions

● Send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads

● Coordinate and conduct virtual or in-person client meetings and demos

● Represent GwayERP at business expos, trade shows, and stalls - engage with

visitors and capture interest

● Prepare and deliver product pitches tailored to individual business needs

● Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies

● Track and report on outreach activity, lead conversion, and sales metrics

● Support sales operations and CRM data entry, ensuring up-to-date and accurate

records


Qualifications

● Any degree with a business, sales, marketing, or related background - or

equivalent exposure

● Good understanding of business practices, sales cycles, and client outreach

● Basic familiarity with using CRM tools (or willingness to learn)

● Basic computer literacy - comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and

presentation software

● Strong interpersonal skills - comfortable engaging new clients

● Resilient and self-motivated, especially for cold outreach

● Problem-solving mindset - can tailor conversations to client needs

● Adaptability - ready to be at expos, stalls, or work virtually
