We are expanding our sales team and seeking Business Development Executives (BDE) / Senior BDEs to drive lead generation and sales across India, Singapore, the UK, US, Middle East, and Malaysia . Job Summary We are looking for results-driven professionals with experience in B2B sales, cold calling, social media outreach , and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha . The role involves lead generation, product demos, and international client engagement . Key Responsibilities Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and tools like Apollo & Lusha Engage with CXOs, IT Heads & Business Owners Conduct ERP product demos & understand client pain points Convert leads into sales opportunities & maintain pipeline Research market trends & provide insights for strategy Build strong client relationships across regions Requirements 0–5 years in B2B sales/lead generation (ERP/SaaS preferred) Proficient in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead gen tools Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to explain ERP solutions clearly Experience with international clients is a plus KPIs Qualified leads/month Cold call & email conversions Product demos scheduled Lead-to-opportunity conversion Revenue from closed deals Show more Show less
