We are expanding our sales team and seeking Business Development Executives (BDE) / Senior BDEs to drive lead generation and sales across India, Singapore, the UK, US, Middle East, and Malaysia. Job Summary We are looking for results-driven professionals with experience in B2B sales, cold calling, social media outreach, and tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Lusha. The role involves lead generation, product demos, and international client engagement. Key Responsibilities Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and tools like Apollo & Lusha Engage with CXOs, IT Heads & Business Owners Conduct ERP product demos & understand client pain points Convert leads into sales opportunities & maintain pipeline Research market trends & provide insights for strategy Build strong client relationships across regions Requirements 1–5 years in B2B sales/lead generation (ERP/SaaS preferred) Proficient in cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and lead gen tools Strong communication & problem-solving skills Ability to explain ERP solutions clearly Experience with international clients is a plus KPIs Qualified leads/month Cold call & email conversions Product demos scheduled Lead-to-opportunity conversion Revenue from closed deals Show more Show less
