About the Role:

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, referrals, and digital outreach.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and risk profiles.
• Clearly explain investment and financial products to leads in a professional, simple, and relatable manner.
• Educate prospects on the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Convert cold leads into warm prospects through regular engagement and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales using CRM tools.
• Assist senior advisors in onboarding new clients and support retention strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign results.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or sales roles in financial services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, persuasive, and professional.
• Strong understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, etc. (preferred).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with a customer-first mindset.
• Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach to potential leads.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital communication tools.
