You will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong pipeline of prospects, initiating cold outreach, understanding client needs, and educating them on our investment and financial products. Your role will be critical in converting cold leads into active clients and maintaining long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through cold calling, emailing, referrals, and digital outreach. Conduct discovery calls to understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and risk profiles. Clearly explain investment and financial products to leads in a professional, simple, and relatable manner. Educate prospects on the value and benefits of our offerings. Convert cold leads into warm prospects through regular engagement and follow-ups. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales using CRM tools. Assist senior advisors in onboarding new clients and support retention strategies. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and campaign results. Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field (mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or sales roles in financial services is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – confident, persuasive, and professional. Strong understanding of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, fixed income, etc. (preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with a customer-first mindset. Comfortable with cold calling and direct outreach to potential leads.
