Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – emSigner (Digital Workflow & Signing Solution)

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive

first line of engagement

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate and qualify leads through

    cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and marketing campaigns.

  • Understand client needs around digital signing, document workflows, and compliance

    , and present the value of emSigner.
  • Nurture and hand over qualified leads to the

    field sales / business development team

     for further engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute

    webinars, campaigns, and partner programs

     to boost lead inflow.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Schedule product demos, coordinate with pre-sales, and ensure seamless handoff to account executives.
  • Track and report weekly lead conversion metrics and campaign outcomes.
  • Stay updated on digital transformation, paperless office trends, and competing workflow automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

     in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience

     in Inside Sales / Business Development in SaaS, IT, or enterprise software domains.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital signature, workflow automation, or document management solutions preferred.
  • Experience using

    CRM tools

     and digital lead generation platforms.
  • Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience in

    selling SaaS or enterprise tech solutions

     to SMB or mid-market clients.
  • Understanding of

    compliance and eSign laws (like IT Act, Aadhaar eSign, DSCs)

     will be an added advantage.
  • Strong curiosity about digital transformation, cybersecurity, and workflow digitization trends.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and a team player with a growth mindset.
