Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, sharp, and execution-driven professional to support founder-level operations while driving key business development activities. This role blends operations, client communication, government tender support, and outreach. Successful candidates will be comfortable representing the company in calls, meetings, and events.

Responsibilities


  • Founder & Business Support

  • Assist the founder with scheduling, follow-ups, travel coordination, research and reports
  • Support operational workflows across vendors, manufacturing partners, and internal teams


  • Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Identify and reach out to potential fleet/logistics/industrial partners
  • Cold-call and message prospects on LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Set up meetings, demos, and presentations with decision makers
  • Assist in client onboarding, meeting minutes, follow-up actions


  • Government Tender & Documentation

  • Track relevant tenders in transport/public sector
  • Support tender submissions, compliance documents, and evaluations
  • Liaise with officials, consultants, and procurement offices where necessary


  • Field & Customer Interaction

  • Join client meetings, site visits, pilots, and deployment coordination
  • Maintain CRM records, pipeline updates, and status tracking


Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written communication
  • Prior experience in BD/operations/sales support preferred
  • Strong organisational and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable cold-calling and prospecting via LinkedIn/email
  • Ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, demos, and deployments
  • Basic familiarity with government procurement/tenders (preferred)

Pay range and compensation package

Fixed monthly salary based on experience.
