Job Description

Mode of work is 40% Remote 60% Field

Role & responsibilities

Identify and qualify new leads through field visits and networking.
Visit key government and public sector stakeholders, including:
Police, Fire, NDRF, SDRF, Disaster Management, Irrigation, Hydro, and PSUs.
Map and engage with local consultants, contractors, and partners to introduce company offerings.
Coordinate and assist with field demonstrations and product demos alongside technical teams.
Maintain accurate CRM entries, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
Generate consistent demand through outreach and relationship-building.
Support vendor registration, document collection, and tender coordination where required.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region.
Knowledge of public procurement or experience with government departments is an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and disciplined in reporting.
Ability to quickly understand technical products and solutions.
Fluency in
English and the local language

Experience & Qualifications

Experience:
3-5 years in field sales; B2B or B2G preferred.
Qualification:
Graduate in Engineering/Science or a related technical field.
Non-technical graduates with strong field sales aptitude will also be considered.
