Job Title: Business Development Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Industry: Gym & Fitness Equipment Manufacturing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our customer base in the gym equipment industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our premium range of fitness and gym equipment to gyms, fitness centers, sports institutions, corporates, and dealers/distributors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both domestic and international markets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with gyms, fitness clubs, wellness centers, hotels, real estate developers, and corporate clients. Promote and sell gym and fitness equipment, accessories, and customized solutions. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for the company. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, exhibitions, and digital platforms. Prepare and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan promotional campaigns, events, and trade shows. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer requirements and market demand. Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports for management. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach. Knowledge of fitness equipment industry and emerging trends.
