Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Chennai (On Field + In Office)

Job Description:
We are hiring a proactive BDE to drive client acquisition for our consulting services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about networking, selling business solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and digital leads.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT/CHAMP and record details in the CRM.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, discovery calls, and presentations with clients.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team for aligned lead generation efforts.
  • Develop customized proposals with service offerings, pricing, and timelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and close deals with professionalism.
  • Maintain post-sale communication and ensure smooth handover to operations.
  • Build long-term relationships and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to network professionally.
  • Experience working with CRMs, proposal tools, and client onboarding systems.

Salary Range: ₹23,000–₹30,000/month + attractive Incentives

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kodambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
