Location: Chennai

Job Description:
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Lead to shape the future of SBV’s brand, drive business visibility, and lead a dynamic team. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with tactical execution to support our business development consulting services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing strategies to enhance SBV’s visibility and lead generation.
• Align all marketing campaigns with SBV’s business vision and objectives.
• Lead the marketing team, set performance goals, and review deliverables.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and track ROI.
• Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, offline, events, and PR.
• Collaborate with the CEO and business development team for growth initiatives.
• Monitor competitor positioning, trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present marketing performance reports to the senior leadership team.
• Supervise branding activities, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Lead strategic partnerships for co-marketing and cross-promotional activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 4–6 years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably B2B or consulting.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and campaign planning skills.
• Deep understanding of brand building and growth marketing principles.
• Hands-on with analytics tools, team collaboration software, and CRM integration.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹38,000.00 per month
