Sales and Marketing Manager

A Real Estate Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive property sales. Key duties include leading and managing a sales team, setting sales targets, conducting market research, managing client relationships, and overseeing marketing campaigns. This role requires strong leadership, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market. Key responsibilities

• Sales leadership: Lead, mentor, and train a team of sales agents, set sales targets, and monitor their performance.
• Strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve objectives.
• Market research: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand consumer requirements to improve property marketability.
• Marketing oversight: Oversee advertising campaigns, promote properties through various channels (e.g., online listings, email, events), and maintain contact with clients through newsletters and updates.
• Client and partner relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, as well as with business partners and property dealers.
• Reporting and analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance data for senior management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Required skills and qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Strong creative and problem-solving abilities.

Other than real estate experience will also work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
