As a Sales Manager in Delhi/Bangalore/Hyderabad for a company specializing in export-ready, screen-free STEM toys made in India, your role will involve owning revenue and distribution for your region. You will be responsible for building networks, securing listings, driving sell-through, and reporting market intelligence. Key responsibilities include: - **Distributor development**: Identifying, appointing, and managing regional distributors, setting targets, pricing, and trade terms. - **Retail execution**: Securing listings in modern trade & key independents, ensuring planograms, visibility, and promotions. - **Forecast & CRM**: Monthly/quarterly forecasting, funnel hygiene in CRM, beat plans, and secondary sales tracking. - **Team build-out**: Hiring/coaching ASMs/TSIs/promoters, running training and market work-withs. - **Market intel**: Reporting pricing, competition, FOS feedback, and activation ideas. To be successful in this role, you should have 5-10 years of experience in FMCG/Toys/Stationery/Ed-toys with proven distributor & MT relationships in the region. Strong P&L management, pricing, trade schemes, collections, and compliance are essential. Hands-on market working, launches, demos, events, and proficiency in English and key regional languages are required. A driving license is preferred. Prior retail toy experience will be an added advantage. The compensation package includes a competitive fixed salary, performance incentives, travel reimbursement, benefits, and a rapid growth path. The job is full-time and requires in-person work. Health insurance is provided, and the expected start date is 15/12/2025.
