Job Description

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Create annual/quarterly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance plans.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

2. Sales Management

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Set monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely achievement.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene.
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and close key deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.

3. Marketing Management

  • Plan and supervise digital marketing campaigns, branding activities, and promotional strategies.
  • Oversee execution across channels such as social media, email, website, and offline promotions.
  • Coordinate with the creative team for marketing materials, ads, and content.
  • Measure and evaluate campaign performance to optimize spend and outcomes.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Develop and refine lead generation strategies for both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Work closely with sales executives to improve MQL → SQL → Deal conversion rates.
  • Ensure effective follow-up and engagement with prospects through various touchpoints.

5. Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Product, Operations, Finance) for aligned execution.

6. Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
  • Manage escalations and provide timely resolutions.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Maintain all documentation for campaigns, deals, and client interactions.

8. Brand & Market Expansion

  • Explore new market segments and geographic locations for business expansion.
  • Develop partnerships, collaborations, and B2B alliances to boost business reach.

9. Budgeting & Resource Allocation

  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective utilization.
  • Evaluate ROI of campaigns, tools, and sales initiatives.

10. Innovation & Improvement

  • Keep updated with latest sales technologies, marketing tools, and industry trends.
  • Introduce new ideas to improve customer acquisition and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
