Job Description

As a Banquet & Event Revenue specialist, your role will involve maximizing the utilization and sales of the banquet hall for a variety of corporate functions, team events, conferences, and holiday parties within the IT sector. Key Responsibilities: - Execute meetings to market all facilities including rooms, restaurant, and banquet hall, specifically targeting decision-makers and employees from Technopark. - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts and Procurement/HR teams at target companies to ensure repeat business. - Aggressively prospect, pitch, and close corporate accounts within Technopark for room nights, meetings, and frequent dining/event bookings. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in banquet & event revenue management is preferred. - Proven track record in client relationship management and corporate sales. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
