About the Role:

We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Flutter Developer who can rapidly prototype and develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and leverage AI tools to enhance development speed and efficiency. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, agile team working on innovative EdTech and HealthTech solutions used by thousands of users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and deploy Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to speed up development tasks—UI generation, API integrations, and debugging.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code with a focus on performance and responsiveness.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and work with JSON data.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to implement new features quickly.
• Participate in code reviews, QA, and continuous integration processes.
• Proactively suggest improvements and adapt to evolving project needs.

Required Skills:

• Solid understanding of Flutter and Dart.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards and adaptive design.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, or Tabnine.
• Basic knowledge of version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn rapidly.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications).
• Experience with publishing apps to Play Store/App Store.
• Portfolio of projects, GitHub repos, or app demos.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
