*Job Title:* Project Sales Business Development Executive

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Sales Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities for our Corporate Office Interior Turnkey and Office Modular Furniture projects in Vadodara and nearby areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Corporate Office Interior Turnkey and Office Modular Furniture projects in Vadodara and nearby areas, including Manjusar, Halol, Saika, Dahej, Bharuch, Jhagadia, Ankleshwar, etc.

- Conduct field visits to meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present our solutions

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations

- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other sources

- Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential clients

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with company pricing and policies

- Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure seamless project execution

- Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and reports to management

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

*Requirements:*

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the interior design or construction industry

- Strong network and relationships with corporate offices, builders, and architects in Vadodara and nearby areas

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently

*Preferred Skills:*

- Knowledge of interior design principles, office modular furniture, and turnkey projects

- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
