Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth in the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, cold calling, emails, and social media
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Assist in lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM with leads and client interactions
  • Coordinate with technical and internal teams to ensure smooth communication
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay updated with company offerings and industry trends
  • Web Design & Development: Drive sales in web development / IT services by leveraging your experience in sales
  • Digital Marketing Services: Conduct consultative discovery—unpack pain points, map them to our SEO, paid media, and development solutions, and craft ROI-driven proposals.
  • Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for enquiry handover.
  • Handle basic office administration and customer support activities.
  • Respond to customer queries professionally and escalate issues as needed.
  • Utilize your Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management skills effectively
  • Apply your knowledge of digital marketing and online promotion to enhance sales strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 0–2 year of experience in sales, business development, or IT services (freshers can apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes
