Job Title: BDM/BDE – Hospital Tie-ups & Strategic Partnerships Department: Business Development Location: Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Industry: Healthcare / Home Healthcare Experience: 2–3 years (flexible depending on seniority) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and driven professional to lead business development efforts focused on hospital partnerships and strategic tie-ups. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing collaborations with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to expand our service footprint and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and establish tie-ups with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators/ high level management. Pitch company offerings (home healthcare services) and close partnership agreements. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of services with partner hospitals. Coordinate marketing activities, awareness sessions, and promotional campaigns with hospital partners. Conduct competitor analysis and identify trends in hospital partnership models. Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to finalize MOUs, contracts, and pricing structures. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in business development or hospital sales/relations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and decision-making processes in hospitals. Strong network in the hospital or healthcare industry is a big plus. Ability to travel as required for meetings and on-site visits. Preferred Background: Previous experience in healthcare/ home health care , diagnostics or hospital management systems .
