Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The BDE plays a key role in expanding a company’s market presence and achieving long-term success through strategic outreach, lead generation, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and digital outreach. Cold call, email, and use social media to initiate contact with prospective customers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that align with business objectives. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales and meet or exceed assigned targets (monthly/quarterly/annual). Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demos. Market Research & Strategy: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to improve offerings. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system. Follow up consistently and ensure timely closures of deals. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Participate in events, exhibitions, or trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (entry-level roles may require less). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Preferred Skills:Experience in [industry, e.g., IT, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.]. Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales funnels. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
