Business Development Executive (BDE)

You will be joining our team as a Digital Marketing Service Sales Executive, where your primary responsibility will be to sell our digital marketing services to SMB prospects. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, understanding clients" digital marketing needs, developing tailored solutions, and closing deals to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be required to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to effectively sell our services. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting and lead generation, needs assessment and solution selling, sales strategy and negotiation, digital marketing expertise, account management, marketing materials and support, as well as data analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and work towards meeting and exceeding sales targets. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales, preferably with a focus on SMB clients. You must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics is essential, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is highly valued. After completing a 3-month probation period in India, you will be required to work in the UAE. The salary will be as per UAE standards once transferred. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, will be necessary for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. You should be able to commute or relocate to Mangalore, Karnataka, before starting work. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and have a minimum of 2 years of business development experience and 1 year of digital marketing services sales experience.
