Job Description

A Business Development Executive (BDE) for ERP software focuses on identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and generating revenue within the enterprise resource planning (ERP) market. They are responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored ERP solutions, and closing sales deals.  Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements and pain points.  Solution Presentation and Demonstration: Present customized ERP solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how they can address specific business challenges and improve operations.  Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals, including pricing, scope of work, and timelines.  Sales Closure: Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the implementation phase.  Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about ERP market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.  CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system.  Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and technical teams, to ensure effective communication and coordination.  Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales progress.  Skills and Qualifications: Strong sales and business development experience: within the ERP software industry. Excellent communication and presentation skills . Proven ability to generate leads and close sales deals . In-depth knowledge of ERP systems and their applications . Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions . Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools . Ability to work independently and as part of a team
