Job Title: Business Development Executive – Education Sector

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our educational institute. The role involves promoting academic programs, building partnerships with schools, colleges, and corporates, and increasing student enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to connect with students, parents, and institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the institute’s courses, training programs, and services to prospective students and parents.
• Generate leads through various channels including school/college visits, seminars, online campaigns, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and corporate partners to drive collaborations and student outreach.
• Counsel and guide students on suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
• Achieve admission/enrollment targets as set by the management.
• Coordinate and conduct educational events, workshops, and promotional activities.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market demands to identify new opportunities.

• Goal-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to counsel and guide students/parents effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with education sales, training programs, or academic counseling will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, counseling, or business development (preferably in the education sector).
• Freshers with excellent communication and enthusiasm to work in education are welcome to apply.
