System/Network Administrator

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of servers, networks, and hardware systems. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, implementing new systems, and troubleshooting any issues related to the IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance & Support:
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure all systems are running efficiently.
• Perform regular system backups and recovery tests to ensure data integrity.
• Network & Security:
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement security protocols and updates to ensure the organization’s network and systems are secure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including connectivity and performance problems.
• User Support & Training:
• Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Good in Hardware knowledge.
• Systems Configuration & Optimization:
• Configure and optimize server settings for maximum performance.
• Update and patch operating systems and applications as needed.
• Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including hardware upgrades and system migrations.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate documentation for all system configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.
• Prepare reports on system performance, uptime, and other relevant metrics for management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree OR diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
• Familiarity with server operating systems (Linux, Windows Server, etc.).

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and end-users.
• Ability to work independently .
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Yearly bonus
