Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential clients through market research, networking, social platforms, and references. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings to explain Grip Consultancy services. 2. Client Relationship Management Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services/solutions. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure recurring business. Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. 3. Sales & Revenue Growth Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals. Track sales metrics and submit regular performance reports. 4. Market Research & Strategy Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Suggest new business initiatives and strategies to expand Grip Consultant’s market reach. Support in developing marketing content, campaigns, and promotional activities. 5. Coordination & Documentation Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery. Maintain updated records of leads, meetings, proposals, and client communications. Update CRM/Excel trackers regularly for transparent reporting.
