Job Description

Job Overview: The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of HR policies, and supporting all areas of the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support payroll processing and attendance management. Handle employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities. Administer performance appraisal and training programs. Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.). Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures. Support management with HR reports and analytics. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role. Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
