Key Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, outbound emails, and cold calls.
  • Research target accounts and identify decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Directors of Operations, etc.).
  • Craft personalized outreach campaigns that align with Auxiliobits’ offerings in

    AI, RPA, Agentic AI, and process optimization

    .
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for the Sales team with enterprise prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the Sales Lead to refine prospecting strategy and pitch messaging.
  • Provide regular reports on pipeline health and lead-to-meeting conversion metrics.


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    B2B lead generation or inside sales

    , preferably for IT/Software/Automation companies.
  • Strong track record of booking meetings with senior decision-makers in

    enterprise accounts

    .
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email tools, and CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

  • Number of meetings booked with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Conversion rate of outreach to opportunities.
