Key Responsibilities :

Lead Generation

• Identify and generate leads using platforms such as Apollo, online directories (Yellowpages, Pinkpages, AIA), and Google search.
• Employ innovative data-scraping tools like Web Scraper, Data Miner, and Instant Data Scraper for lead acquisition.

Email Marketing & Follow-ups

• Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads.
• Proactively follow up on generated leads to convert them into potential clients.

LinkedIn Outreach

• Leverage LinkedIn to connect with prospects and expand professional networks.
• Engage with potential clients through personalized messaging and content sharing.

Database Management

• Maintain and organize lead information using HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
• Regularly update and analyze database metrics to track performance and refine strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Strong proficiency in lead generation tools and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot for database management.
• Experience with data-scraping software is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
