Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    Identify and connect with potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking events. 
  • Client Communication:

    Present AiQ’s branding and digital marketing solutions with confidence and clarity. 
  • Pipeline Management:

    Qualify leads, schedule calls, and maintain accurate records in CRM systems. 
  • Local Networking:

    Build relationships with businesses and key decision-makers in the Ahmedabad market. 
  • Internal Coordination:

    Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to ensure effective onboarding and client success. 
  • Follow-ups and Relationship Management:

    Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to nurture long-term partnerships. 
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on trends, competitor offerings, and digital marketing needs of regional industries. 


Who You Are:


  • Based in

    Ahmedabad

  • 2+ years of experience in

    B2B Business Development

    , preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency 
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills 
  • Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently and meeting targets 
  • Passionate about marketing and open to working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment 


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields 
  • Familiarity with branding and digital marketing services (SEO, Paid Ads, social media, etc.) 
  • Experience using CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar platforms 
  • Exposure to clients in

    Hospitality

    ,

    Real Estate

    ,

    FMCG

    , or

    SME sectors

    is a plus 


Work Details:


  • Location:

    Ahmedabad  
  • Working Hours:

    10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday 
  • Compensation:

    As per industry norms + Incentives based on performance
