Business Development Executive

Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role involves client acquisition, market research, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through cold calling, digital marketing follow-ups, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Counsel prospective clients on immigration, PR, study abroad, and visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and others.
• Understand client requirements, eligibility, and goals to recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face consultations to explain services, process flow, timelines, and documentation requirements.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with potential clients to achieve conversion targets.
• Collaborate with the documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth case handling.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate client data, inquiries, and conversion reports in the CRM system.
• Keep up to date with changes in immigration laws, policies, and programs.

Requirements:

• Freshers with Excellent communication and interested in sales are considered
• Minimum of 1 - 2 Years of experience in immigration consultancy, sales, business development, or a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Australia and Canada PR, as well as other visa categories.
• Familiarity with visa processes for New Zealand, UK, USA, and European countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client files simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in any stream
