We are seeking a Business Development Executive in Kochi location to tap into the region’s thriving D2C ecosystem. If you’re a strategic go-getter with a knack for digital, let’s build something incredible together!

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard Kerala-based D2C brands in need of performance marketing or website design solutions
  • Lead Generation: Use a mix of local market insights, cold outreach, networking, and referrals to build a strong lead pipeline
  • Tailored Pitching: Prepare compelling proposals and pitch decks aligned with regional brand needs and pain points
  • Relationship Building: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Local Market Research: Stay updated on D2C trends, regional consumption patterns, and competitor movements
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams (media, design, web) to ensure deliverables align with client expectations
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and share insights regularly

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development roles, preferably in digital advertising or performance marketing agencies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads) and website design services.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive pitches and proposals.
  • Networking: Ability to build and leverage a network of industry contacts to identify potential clients.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market trends, client needs, and performance data to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with internal teams and clients.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital advertising platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
