Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive at Adsify Technologies, you will play a key role in

driving the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building relationships

with potential clients, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will be working

closely with the delivery and operations teams to understand client needs, present

our services, and close deals that align with our business objectives. Your efforts will be

crucial in expanding our market presence and helping our clients succeed.


Key Responsibilities:

● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities

through market research, cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital channels.

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting

relationships with potential and existing clients.

● Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product and service presentations to

clients, demonstrating how Adsify’s solutions can address their business needs.

● Proposal Development: Work with the internal teams to create tailored proposals

and pitches based on client requirements, ensuring alignment with company

offerings.

● Market Research & Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, industry

challenges, and competitor activities to effectively position Adsify Technologies’

services.

● Deal Closure: Handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to

negotiation and closing deals, ensuring targets are met.

● Collaboration with Teams: Work with the marketing, delivery, and customer service

teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

● Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client

interactions, and deal progress through CRM systems (e.g., zoho crm, Salesforce).


Required Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing,

preferably in digital marketing, technology services, or IT solutions.

● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

● Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions.

● Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

● Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

● Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

● Knowledge of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, web development,

social media marketing, and analytics is a plus.
