About the Role:

Business Development Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with new clients in the

  hospital and medical industry

  across the U.S.
• Sell staffing solutions for both

  full-time and temporary roles

  including nurses, administrative staff, and clinical managers.
• Understand client needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.
• Generate leads, conduct cold calls/emails, schedule meetings, and close service contracts.
• Negotiate terms and secure signed agreements for recruitment engagements.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure client requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, client interactions, and deals in the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships to foster repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  business development, B2B sales, or staffing/recruitment services

  .
• Exposure to the

  healthcare sector or hospital clients

  is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Comfortable working across

  US time zones (PST/EST/CST)

  .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRMs, lead generation tools, and virtual communication platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience selling staffing services to

  healthcare providers

  (nurses, clinical support staff, healthcare managers).
• Understanding of recruitment delivery processes and compliance in healthcare staffing.
• Strong presentation skills to confidently engage with hospital HR, department heads, or leadership teams.
