Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.

• Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and market research.

• Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and articulate relevant solutions.

• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from initial prospecting to client onboarding.

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive recurring business.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely closure of deals.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic business decisions.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project transition and delivery.

• Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

Key Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with a target-driven mindset.

• Quick learner with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
