About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team at AI Academia. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are motivated to build a strong career in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

You will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, generating leads, driving conversions, and maintaining long-term relationships through effective communication and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through cold calling, online research, and networking.
  • Communicate value propositions to prospective clients with clarity and confidence.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to drive acquisition.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle, including negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain daily reports, track lead pipelines, and update CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategy and client requirements.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Servicing (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable results.
  • Ability to handle objections and respond professionally under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRMs (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment.

Compensation

  • Probation (First 4 Months):

    ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
  • Post Probation:

    ₹5 LPA
  • ₹3.5 LPA Fixed
  • ₹1.5 LPA Incentives & Variables
