Business Development Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Connecting (on a daily basis through phone calls/emails/zoom meetings) with the existing clients, dormant clients and new prospects to fix business appointments and to offer support needed by the clients/prospects .

2. Attending Business Meetings and presenting our Talent Assessment Solutions (In person and/or Virtual, based on the clients preference) to Corporate Clients and Prospects -(Minimum 10 a week)

3. Submitting Business Proposals to the clients/prospects (10 per month)

4. Developing new clients – Converting prospects into clients/customers by following the entire sales process

5. Upselling/Cross-selling – Understanding the client’s business and analyzing and evaluating their business problems to pitch/offer relevant solutions.

6. Following up on the proposals submitted

7. Local Marketing activities:

• Maximize/ Increase the number of certified people in the territory.
• Support Social/Media activities to maximize the reach and increase visibility in the market (content provided from the Central Communication team).
• Attending HR conferences for networking to increase visibility and identify new prospects.

8. Submitting daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports.

9. Updating the CRM daily         

Minimum Qualifiers:

1. Two+ years of B2B consultative sales

2. Ability to convince multiple stakeholders within the client organizations

3. Consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas

4. Exceptional communication skills

5. Fluency in creating and presenting PPT Presentations
