Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals while managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to candidate onboarding.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities through regular engagement and proactive account management.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive engagement with senior leadership and CXO-level executives.
  • Demonstrated experience in driving sales performance through effective target achievement, revenue management, and billing oversight.
  • Partner with consultants to design and deliver. customized hiring solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery and client experience.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to guide strategic decision-making.


What we are looking for

  • 2–10 years of experience in sales/BD
  • Previous experience in an executive search or professional search environment is preferred
  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of directly engaging and selling to CXOs and senior-level stakeholders, is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A natural curiosity and commercial mindset
  • Grow into a broader role-whether in a client delivery or business development
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
