As a member of the dynamic team at Food Buddies, you will play a crucial role in the success of our clients" concepts by listening, analyzing, and customizing the right solutions to ensure high commercial values. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the food and beverage industry. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders. - Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements with clients. - Monitoring and reporting on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns. - Staying updated with industry developments and advancements. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals. To qualify for this role, you should have: - A graduate degree in Food Tech/Science background with an MBA as a plus. - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in business development or sales within the food and beverage industry. - Proven track record of successfully acquiring new clients and driving business growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics. - Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of the food and beverage industry trends and regulations.
