The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound calling, particularly for appointment setting in the USA/UK markets. This is a remote position, but candidates from the Tri-City area are strongly preferred due to a weekly in-person meeting requirement. Key Responsibilities: Make 150–200 outbound calls daily to potential clients in the USA/UK. Book qualified appointments with prospective leads based on provided scripts and criteria. Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM tools. Follow up on previous interactions and ensure effective lead nurturing. Attend a weekly in-person meeting at our office Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, specifically focused on appointment booking for USA/UK clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working during night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST, including a 45 minutes break). Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proficient in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
