As a Salesforce Service Cloud Developer at Go Brilliant Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in developing and customizing Salesforce applications to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing API integrations, optimizing solutions for performance, collaborating with stakeholders for requirements gathering, and troubleshooting and supporting Salesforce applications. Additionally, you will lead the setup of Service Cloud for nonprofit organizations, customize case management processes, and implement Service Cloud features such as Omnichannel and Knowledge Base. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud. - Manage API integrations to ensure data integrity. - Optimize Salesforce solutions for performance and scalability. - Collaborate with stakeholders for requirements gathering and technical solutions. - Troubleshoot and support Salesforce applications while maintaining documentation. - Lead Service Cloud setup for nonprofit organizations and customize case management processes. - Implement Service Cloud features like Omnichannel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console. - Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud for data integration and management. - Create intelligent workflows with AI Einstein Prompt Builder. - Develop analytics solutions to track KPIs and service effectiveness. - Create custom reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. - Provide training and ongoing support for Salesforce users. - Document user guides to facilitate adoption. - Align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration. Key Skills: - Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC). - Strong knowledge of SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs. - Experience with Process Builder and Flow. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience. - Preferred Salesforce certifications (Developer, Administrator). - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Experience customizing Salesforce Service Cloud for nonprofits. - Knowledge of case management processes in a nonprofit context. - Proficiency in analytics and data visualization using Salesforce tools.
